This topic comes from pg. 68 of Gospel Worship... Burroughs here is speaking in the context of "should someone set aside time to prepare for worship?" He then says that are "trading should be in heaven." One interesting point I though that was made indirectly is that Burroughs treats this as something that should just happen (with the Holy Spirit). So, his argument will continue in that if we are trading in heaven and living the gospel out. We will be prepared for worship...
Question: What am I doing that is not "trading in heaven?"... and how is that affecting the "congregation" when I lead worship?
